GENERAL INFORMATION

The Hot Oil Boiler is designed with 3 passes using internally coiled spiral twisted tubes. The combustion chamber is designed in a way that the flame does not come into contact with the serpentine tubes and is not affected by high temperature stresses. Its design allows for the homogeneous distribution of heat on the serpentine coils and prevents them from being exposed to excessive heat load. This ensures maximum longevity of the serpentine coils. Our Hot Oil Boilers can operate up to 300 degrees Celsius, depending on the properties of the synthetic oil.

Preferred in projects where height is not a problem, due to its small footprint and space-saving design. Can operate with Diesel or Fuel Oil. Operating capacity range: 290 – 7,000 kW. The heating surfaces of the Hot Oil Boilers are manufactured with internally coiled spiral twisted tubes in accordance with “DIN 4754” standards, with a 3-pass design. Seamless steel drawn pipes of St 35.8 quality, according to “DIN 2448/17175” standards, are used as serpentine tubes. The serpentine tube joints are welded by argon welding and undergo 100% ultrasonic film inspection. The boiler equipment and accessories use products from world-renowned brands that have proven themselves in this field. No risk of explosion. To minimize heat losses in the Hot Oil Boiler, the boiler body is insulated with 100mm thick rock wool and covered with a 1mm thick aluminum sheet. Can operate without pressure. Low risk of corrosion, resulting in a long system lifespan.
